NERILYN ANN ROQUE-BERATIO is foremost a music pedagogue and a music educator. She obtained her Master of Music degree in Piano Pedagogy at St. Paul University Manila in 2011. She finished her Bachelor of Music degree in Music Education at the Adventist University of the Philippines in 1997 Cum Laude. Presently, she is taking her Doctor of Musical Arts degree at St. Paul University Manila.

She has been a music faculty of the Adventist University of the Philippines since 1997, where she taught in the elementary, academy and presently at the college level.

As a piano pedagogue, she is a certified Suzuki piano teacher trained under the tutelage of the late Carmencita G. Arambulo, the former president and founder of the Philippine Suzuki Association.  She has also actively participated in the Paulinian Piano Festivals since 2008, and the PTGP Piano Festivals since 2004. She was a board member of the Philippine Suzuki Association from 2021-2023 and the Piano Teachers’ Guild of the Philippines (PTGP) from 2011-2013.
