Jon Sergei Aclan is a Certified Suzuki Violin Teacher from the Philippines. He first studied violin and piano in the Greenhills Music Studio under Teachers Ariel Arambulo and Carmencita Arambulo respectively. He later on underwent Violin Teacher training under Hwang Kyung Ik and Lan Ku Chen.

With the burning passion to serve the community, Serge founded Project GifTED in 2017, an organization that aims to use its members' talents in order to inspire others to develop their own. With Project GifTED, many people were served via Medical Outreach Activities , Benefit Concerts and Fund raisers. Project GifTED was able to reach many provinces including Batangas, Cavite, Cagayan, Isabela, Laguna and Pangasinan. Alongside his colleagues, Serge led Project GifTED in securing a slot in the Ten Outstanding Medical Student Organizations of the Philippines in 2018, barely a year after the organization's founding.

Serge has secured multiple awards for his service in the community. In 2017, Serge was awarded the Top Prize during the Angat Buhay Youth Grant Competition, a project under the Office of the Vice President of the Philippines. In 2019. he was awarded The Most Outstanding Leadership Award of the AUP College of Medicine. Also in the same year, he was chosen as one of the Ten Outstanding Students of the Philippines.

He occasionally conducts a Hand Chimes Choir in the AUP College of Medicine, where he is a member of the faculty as a licensed Physician.
